TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUPPY LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
